{"id":3906,"date":"2025-11-27T17:58:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-27T12:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/temobile.online\/?p=3906"},"modified":"2025-11-27T17:58:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T12:58:07","slug":"t-mobile-3-65m-smb-account-executives-settlement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/offerst-mobile.info\/?p=3906","title":{"rendered":"T-Mobile $3.65M SMB Account Executives Settlement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you worked as an SMB Account Executive at T-Mobile, you may be eligible to claim a settlement from a class action settlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you worked as an SMB Account Executive at T-Mobile, you may be eligible to claim a portion of a $3,650,000 class action settlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T-Mobile has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit alleging the misclassification of employees as exempt from overtime pay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who are the class members?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Class members include individuals who worked as SMB Account Executives at T-Mobile and:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You received initial training as an SMB Account Executive between March 1, 2021, and February 27, 2024.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You worked as an SMB Account Executive during the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically from March 1, 2021, to February 27, 2024, in California, or from March 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, in other states.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These individuals are considered class members and are eligible to participate in the settlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How much can class members get?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Class members can expect to receive a portion of the settlement based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The number of weeks worked during the training period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The number of weeks worked during the COVID-19 period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The settlement fund is subject to deductions for attorney fees, administration costs, and taxes. The remaining amount is distributed to class members on a pro-rata basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to claim an award<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To claim an award, class members must complete and submit the claim form by December 30, 2024.
